Family Law: Representation is provided for divorce, child custody, child support, separation and property settlement agreements, guardianships, and protective orders. Mr. Wood is also a trained mediator and practices collaborative law.

Criminal Defense: Represention of defendants in criminal matters, including assaults, drug crimes, sex offenses, and DUI/DWI defense in the District and Circuit courts of Maryland, as well as the United States District Courts for Maryland and D.C. Full representation is provided including plea negotiations, bench trials, jury trials, and post-conviction relief.

DUI/DWI: MVA hearings, as well as District and Circuit court DUI/DWI trials in all Maryland counties.

Bankruptcy: Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation. Bankrupcty protection may stop creditor calls, foreclosure proceedings, repossessions, and generally provide breathing room in dealing with creditors, and, in many cases, a fresh start financially.

IRS Tax Disputes: Representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service in matters involving delinquent personal and business taxes, installment agreements, offers-in-compromise, penalty abatements, and proceedings in the United States Tax Court.
